If you require more time, additional phone support can be purchased in 10 minute
blocks for $20. If you have access to the internet you can utilise our Remote Assist Support.
This allows a technician to log in remotely to your computer. It works through
a simple piece of software installed on your computer. System security is maintained
as the software uses the latest 128 bit encryption to ensure that your systems
are protected at all times. Additionally, a technician must wait for your OK
to begin a remote assistance session.

Remote Assistance has many advantages over on-site call-outs because:

You can bring your computer to our workshop in Ringwood.. At PC Diagnostics
we aim to repair your computer within 24 hours. In the workshop we are able
to test and troubleshoot any fault no matter how difficult. By bringing your
computer to us, you enjoy the benefit of saving the call-out fee. There is a standard $40 diagnostic fee for us to investigate the problem and determine the best possible repair option. Should you choose to have the computer repaired the diagnostics fee is not charged.
